By accessing or using SmartBoss ("Service," "Platform," or "Application"), operated by Smart Solutions Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Service Description
SmartBoss is an AI-powered business intelligence platform that provides:
- Automated business data analysis
- AI-generated business insights and recommendations
- Weekly intelligence reports
- Strategic business planning tools
- Business performance tracking and monitoring
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Subscription Tiers: We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) with different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
4.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate.
4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles.
4.5 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.
5. Free Trial and Free Plan
5.1 Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period unless you upgrade or the trial expires.
5.2 Free Plan: Our Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
6. User Content and Data
6.1 Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the business data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content").
6.2 License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6.3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or uploading it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide.
6.4 Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and AI models, is owned by Smart Solutions Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
The AI-generated insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional business, financial, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART SOLUTIONS LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Termination
11.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data according to our retention policies.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
