3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

3.1 Guarantee Period: If you are not satisfied with SmartBoss, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase (first-time subscribers only).

3.2 Eligibility: This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Pro or Enterprise)
  • Requests made within 30 days of the initial payment date
  • Accounts in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

3.3 Exclusions: The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals or subsequent billing cycles
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations
  • Requests made after the 30-day period

4. Subscription Cancellations

4.1 How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at itai@clevermind.co.il.

4.2 Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

4.3 No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will have access until the end of the paid period but will not receive a refund for unused time.

4.4 Exception: If there are technical issues preventing you from using the Service, contact us for a prorated refund consideration.

5. Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

5.1 Service Credits: In the event of significant service interruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using SmartBoss, we may offer service credits or extend your subscription at our discretion.

5.2 Reporting Issues: You must report technical issues within 14 days of occurrence to be eligible for service credits or refunds.

5.3 Planned Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance and brief service interruptions for updates do not qualify for refunds or credits.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

6.2 Resolution Process: We will investigate billing disputes and resolve them fairly and promptly, typically within 5-7 business days.

6.3 Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Our Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore refund policies do not apply. You may discontinue use of the Free plan at any time without any financial obligation.
